1.
The BA Miles will be awarded onto your account
once you have been approved and you have made your first
transaction. Credit Cardmembers will receive 1,000 bonus
BA Miles and Premium Plus Cardmembers will receive 6,000
bonus BA Miles. Please note that it can take up to one
month for bonus BA Miles to be awarded to your account.
2. For the Credit Card,
you will be awarded 1 BA Mile for virtually every £1 you
spend. For the Premium Plus Card, you will be awarded
1.5 BA Miles for virtually every £1 you spend and 3 BA
Miles for virtually every £1 you spend direct with
British Airways and British Airways Holidays. BA Miles
are not collected on Balance Transfers, Cash Advances,
American Express Traveller Cheque purchases, Foreign
Exchange and Express cash transactions, interest, any
spending in excess of your credit limit, charges for
dishonoured cheques, late payment or referral charges
and American Express Credit Card finance charges.

3. Subject to
availability. Taxes, fees and charges remain payable.
Terms and conditions apply. Once members reach the
applicable billed expenditure target on their BA/AMEX
Card (the "Target"), they will receive a Companion
Voucher, which must be exchanged for a Companion Ticket
and outbound travel taken within 12 months from date of
issue. Cardmembers must have accrued the Target within a
12 month period ending each year on the anniversary of
their Promotion Commencement Date. Companion Vouchers
cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
One additional Companion Ticket per Cardmember per year.
Companion Tickets are not extendable. Redemption Flights
and Companion Tickets may only be used for flights on
British Airways mainline services which have a BA
prefixed flight number. Travel on franchisee, codeshare
or alliance airlines is not permitted. Return flights
must be booked at the same time as the outward journey
is booked. All travel must originate in and return to
the UK.
4. Additional
Cardmembers must be 18 years or over.

Travel Accident Benefit for the Credit Card: Up to
£75,000 per event when you use the Card to pay in full
for public transport. Exclusions apply. See Summary of
Benefits for full details and requirements. American
Express Services Europe Limited ("AESEL") makes various
benefits available to Cardmembers/ These benefits
derive from contracts which AESEL has made with third
parties which AESEL is free to amend, extend or
terminate at its sole discretion. These benefits do not
form part of AESEL's contract with you but AESEL will
aim to inform you 30 days in advance of any changes to
the available benefits which may be to your detriment.
One of the benefits currently available is the benefit
of contracts of insurance made between AESEL and certain
insurers, for example travel insurance benefits. You
will lose these benefits if you cease to be a Cardmember.
Exclusions apply. Full details for the insurance
benefits currently available can be found in the Summary
of Benefits document which will be provided with your
Card.

to £250,000 per event when you use the Card to pay in
